Welcome to www.agmedia.group. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

1. Service Overview

Our "Website in a Day" package offers a one-page website built using pre-designed templates created by AG Media Group. This package is ideal for individuals or small businesses seeking a quick and affordable online presence.

 

2. Package Inclusions

The £99 one-off fee includes:

A one-page website built within 1 working day after all content and payment are received.

Upload of customer-provided images and logos (must be pre-owned by the customer).

Two months of website hosting.

Use of our pre-built design templates only (no custom layout or design changes).

 

Please note:
We do not provide:

Custom designs or bespoke layouts.

Logo design or editing.

Copyrighted or stock images.

All content and media must be supplied by the customer and be legally owned or licensed for use.

 

3. Domain Names

If AG Media Group is to register a domain on your behalf:

We will recommend an available domain name and pricing for your approval.

Domain registration will only proceed once the domain and cost are agreed upon.

Some domains may be unavailable or require premium purchase fees—these are not included in the £99 package.

 

Domain propagation (making the site live) may take 24–72 hours, depending on the domain registrar. This is outside of our control and may affect how quickly the website is publicly visible.

 

4. Hosting & Ongoing Fees

The £99 one-time payment includes two months of hosting. After this period, the website will only remain live if the customer subscribes to ongoing hosting at £49 per month, which includes:

Continued hosting and website availability.

Basic SEO work (e.g., up to 1 keyword updates per month).

Failure to maintain the hosting subscription may result in the website being taken offline.

 

5. Customer Responsibilities

To begin the "Website in a Day" process, the customer must:

Approve the domain name and agree to any associated domain cost (if AG Media Group is registering the domain).

Provide all required content, including:

Pre-owned images and logo

Text for the website

Pay the full £99 upfront.

The 1-day build timeline begins only after all content and domain approval are received.

 

6. Ownership & Usage Rights

Customers retain ownership of any content they provide.

AG Media Group retains ownership of the website template, layout, and code.

The customer is granted a license to use the site while hosting remains active.

 

7. Refunds & Cancellations

Because of the fast delivery and digital nature of the service, no refunds are provided after work has started.

 

You may cancel the ongoing hosting subscription at any time with 30 days' notice before the next billing date. Once canceled, your website will be taken offline.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

AG Media Group is not liable for:

Delays caused by domain registration or DNS propagation.

Service interruptions caused by third-party hosting providers.

Losses due to customer-supplied content or misuse of the website.
